Best High Efficiency Particulate Air

As the industrial materials, the high efficiency particulate air needs to be changed for a new one in order to ensure its effects of purifying. At present, most of users installed the HEPA on the air-supply outlet in the ceiling of purifying zones. Reference many HEPA reviews from our users, we suggest that the users should pay more attention to the points below before their installations.

1. On transportation and restoration of HEPA, the user should put it appropriately according to the sign of manufacturer. During the transportation, the HEPA need to be stored lightly to avoid the violent vibrations and the man-made damage.
2. Before installation, the room should be cleaned thoroughly. If the inside space of purified air-conditioning has dusts, the inside space should be swept to meet the requirements of cleaning. If the HEPA is installed on the ceiling, the ceiling also needs to be cleaned up.
3. After the purifying room and the air-conditioning system are prepared, the system should be tested and last over 12 hour. And then, the user should clean the room and air-condition again.
4. Before installation, the user should check out the package including the filter paper, the sealing rang, the frame and the certificate. If the frame has become rust, the HEAP can not use normally. After check out the items beyond, the user can start to test if it has leakage. 
5. The brackets of HEAP installation should be level and smooth. The deviation of evenness of brackets can not exceed 1mm. The directing arrow should keep the same way with the airflow direction. If the HEAP is installed vertically, the crease-lines of filter papers should be vertical with the earth.
6. The sealing of brackets needs the seal cushions, the adhesive stickers, the negative pressure seal, the liquid through seal and others. All these methods need to clean the surfaces of frames, flumes, and other parts.
